If you do not receive an email with your new expiry date within 1 hour please return to this portal, re-enter your details and check Digital Membership to locate your new Member ID which can then be used to book your visit.
 

Issues Accessing Your Tickets?
If you experience any issues or are unable to validate your ticket please email extensions@nmrn.org.uk with your first name, last name and visual ticket ID (the number underneath the barcode on your ticket) or postcode. Could you also please confirm the type of ticket you are wishing to extend and the approximate date of your first visit.
